Hi Brian, I had the opportunity to go to Eldoret, Kenya for 2 weeks this June thru Open Arms International. They relieve suffering and bring healing to children. I helped build the first of 5 new homes for kids who are found surviving on the streets or come from nearby slums. Many of the 125 kids I met at OAI's feeding program in the Kambi Teso slum area only eat one meal a day - 4 days a week. A lot of the kids only own one or two sets of clothes that they wear 365 days a year. After meeting and spending time with the founders, David and Rachel Gallagher, I see how true their hearts are and how passionate they are about helping these kids. The money goes where it says it goes. They are a wonderful organization and have my full support! You can feed a kid for $1 a day. Check out OpenArmsInternational.com for more info. I have pics up on facebook too. kr1082@yahoo.com Please prayerfully consider it. Thank you!

Right now, KPDQ has a thing that you can donate $12/mo to feed a family in Haiti for A MONTH. http://www.foodforthepoor.org/radio/stations/kpdq.html is the link. I also always vote for donations to Options 360, a group that provides FREE pregnancy tests and ultrasounds and helps the girls with their pregnancies.
